Bel-Rea is one of the oldest and largest veterinary technology schools in the U.S. and has been fully accredited by both the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) since 1975. 

I created one HTML email monthly to drive home a very specific message. This project covered content creation targeting whatever key communication I decided to highlight in a given month, with approval from the client. This included concepting, image selection, and copywriting to supplement the email newsletter.  I uploaded these emails to Bel-Rea’s blog to provide recency of content for SEO. By converting all past email postcards to blog posts, I was able to continue to add refreshed content.

I developed and managed a monthly posting calendar for Instagram, copy wrote, and set up 5 Instagram posts/month or more. Also, liked all Instagram photos with #belrea hashtags, (Many students had uploaded thousands of photos, most being very positive) and commented on all Instagram photos with #belrea hashtags. I used the Iconosquare app in Hootsuite to repost (and credit) the best images, and @mentioned the original poster with a comment.

I designed and copywrote Facebook and Instagram ads based on cost per conversion rates on previous ads for the client. I would participate in analysis and brainstorming sessions with our Media and Creative teams to discuss what type of designs and copywriting would drive sales, and would implement our ideas into the ads. I would create A/B tests to analyze which designs and copywriting would appeal most to our target audience, which allowed our clients get the most for their dollar.
